The idea of creating a holistic wellness platform began to take shape in 2019-2020, but my journey towards this vision began much earlier. In 2007, I was introduced to certain meditative practices that profoundly impacted my life. Over the next decade, while working with NGOs, I experienced firsthand the challenges people faced and struggled with my own health issues. Relying on conventional medicine alone deteriorated my health, inducing within me an intense desire to explore deeper, holistic approaches to well-being. My path has led me to become a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and to gain training & education in Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Inner-child therapy, and Integrative Quantum meditation techniques. Through personal experimentation and professional training, I’ve experienced real, positive changes in my mindset, physical health, and overall outlook on life. What began as a deeply personal journey has now grown into a platform that supports others in their pursuit of wellness. The encouragement and trust of my clients have been instrumental in shaping this vision. I bring the wisdom passed down by my masters and combine it with modern therapeutic tools to empower individuals on their wellness journeys. Recognising that every individual’s journey is unique, we also collaborate with experts across various disciplines to offer tailored programs that meet diverse needs.
