What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapy typically focuses on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while in life coaching the focus is on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
What is your approach to Goal-setting?
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Do I need any prior experience to join the Online Yoga classes?
No. Yoga class by Divyata at OjasM is meant for everyone from beginners to intermediate levels of experience. You just need a dedicated space, a yoga mat, and commitment towards your practice.
Is Hypnotherapy legal in India?
Yes, hypnotherapy is legal in India. On 23rd November 2003, The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare stated that hypnotherapy is a recommended mode of therapy in India. It must be practiced by a professional who is trained appropriately.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my practice. I adhere to the GHR, GHSC’s Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
